We are a small children’s charity and have to fundraise for everything that is on offer at the playground. All donations are gratefully received (suggested donation of £1 per child) we accept cash or card donations.
The Adventure Playground is staffed by Qualified Playworkers and Volunteers.

AT BUSY TIMES WE MAY HAVE TO LIMIT THE NUMBERS ONSITE AND IN THIS CASE WE OPERATE A ‘ONE IN, ONE OUT’ SYSTEM, SO YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT AT THE GATE FOR A POSITION TO BECOME AVAILABLE.

Tuesday – After School 3.30pm – 5.30pm, last entry 5pm 6.45pm – 8.30pm – Youth Night (11-17) this is a bookable session, all young people need their own accounts and cannot be linked to parents accounts any longer.
Wednesday’s – Adventure Tots – 11am – 12.30pm – A session for children under 5 they have use of the playground to themselves and their parents/carers. This is a free session, but we do rely on donations.
Wednesdays – Home Ed Session 1pm – 2.30pm (an Exclusive session for children who are home educated, there is a small charge for this group)
Thursday – After School 3.30pm to 5.30pm, last entry 5pm, Youth Night 6.45 – 8.30pm, 11-17yrs this is a bookable session, all young people need their own accounts and cannot be linked to parents accounts any longer

Sunday’s – Specialised sessions 10.30 – 12.30
1st Sunday of month – Dad’s and…………..a session for all Male Parents/Carers/Grandparents to bring their children to play.
2nd Sunday of month – Super Sen CIC – a session for children with additional needs and their parents – this session has reduced capacity.
3rd Sunday of month – A mixed session, maybe small projects or open play
4th Sunday of month – Open access session for everyone 1.30 – 3.30pm

Everyone on-site must have an account with us. To create an account for yourself, any children you wish to bring to the park and other adults joining you, please go to http://www.mapa-online.org.uk and follow the instructions on there. Once you have an account, it will generate a QR code for you/your family which will be scanned on entry (we recommend taking a screenshot and saving it in your favourites).
This gives us ‘Live’ list of who is onsite at any time (in case of any emergencies) and is a requirement of our Insurance providers.
